Lexity is ISO 27001 certified, with a SOC 2 Type II audit in progress. Customer data lives on Microsoft Azure, Switzerland North region — physically inside Switzerland — encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Each customer's data is isolated and never commingled with another client's. Your prompts and documents are never used to train any AI model. Full controls, sub-processors, and DPA are at trust.lexity.ai.
No. Every LLM provider Lexity uses (Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic) is contractually prohibited from using your data for model training. We use the enterprise tier of each, and input data is deleted immediately after the model returns its response. Your documents, prompts, and outputs are never added to a training set.
Every uploaded file is stored on Microsoft Azure, Switzerland North region. As a Swiss-based entity, Lexity operates under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), which often exceeds EU GDPR requirements. A signed DPA is available on request from the Trust Portal.
No. Lexity is architected so that no employee can read your files. Engineers have zero standing access to customer data — production environments are fully isolated from development. Support staff start with no access either; on the rare ticket that needs it, access is granted only through an explicit, time-bound, logged break-glass approval, and revoked the moment the ticket closes.
No. Your workspace is isolated from every other customer. The AI providers we use are accessed at the enterprise tier only — on Vertex AI, the "Corporate Grade" exemption excludes our traffic from human prompt monitoring or logging; on Azure AI Foundry, prompts stay inside the Azure compliance boundary and are deleted immediately after processing. No human at Lexity or at any AI provider sees what you send.
Your data is deleted when your contract ends. We do not keep anonymised research sets or archive copies. If you want a copy of your workspace before you go, ask. If you want it wiped sooner, ask.
